Pittsburgh Penguins and CrowdPlay Expand Black and Gold Premier+ Loyalty Program to Full Season Ticket Members

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pittsburgh Penguins are excited to announce the expansion of their Black and Gold Premier+ loyalty platform, in partnership with CrowdPlay, to full Season Ticket Members (STMs) for the upcoming season. After a successful launch last year with select STMs, the Penguins are now offering the enhanced platform to their entire season ticket holder base, bringing exclusive engagement opportunities to more fans. 

The Black and Gold Premier+ program allows fans to earn rewards for virtually everything they do as a fan, including scanning tickets at games, engaging with team content, renewing their season tickets, and much more. It also offers a gamified game-day experience where STMs can compete for prizes from home or in-venue. This expansion demonstrates the Penguins’ commitment to rewarding their most dedicated fans and strengthening their connection to the team.

Through the partnership between CrowdPlay and Fanatics to launch team loyalty platforms, the program integrates the best in sports loyalty, fan engagement, and merchandise under one cohesive rewards system, delivering an unparalleled experience for Penguins fans. At the heart of the program is an extensive marketplace powered by Fanatics, offering Penguins fans access to exclusive rewards, including tickets, unique experiences, autographed memorabilia, and merchandise from the Penguins Fanatics online store. This wide variety of rewards ensures that fans can choose the experiences and items that resonate most with them, further enriching their connection to the Penguins.
